The analysis of the potential of solar PV power in the building stock in the city of Zurich was carried out with a new and innovative method that allows for highly differentiated and corroborated results. The potential of solar PV power in the city of Zurich  comprised the potential for building-integrated photvoltaics, analysis of technological, economic and legal aspects relevant for the implementation of PV in the city’s building stock and power supply.
